Fit Mind vs. Unfit Mind

Blockage comes from your mind declaring, "I'm not going to....because...."
The fit mind immediately motivates using the underlying helper of the carrot and the stick to become more determined. Visualize becoming more powerful every time you defeat the lesser motivated you.

The heart of sharing.

Peace, Love and warmth to you. Please open your being to this energy which I so want to give to you. I know what each of you truly want. I feel the lack and have the solution. Ease starts in your beating heart. Beating just like mine, we are the same. Thumping in your chest is the mighty generator of this precious thing we call life. Harnessing the power of this generator will eliminate fear and bring you the peace that you seek. Your heart is like a magnet attracting similar vibrations and feelings that you focus on. Always focused on negativity will surely bring you more of the same.
Your heartbeat is divinely originated. The pulse of life wants to intensify inside of you. The ease of your life is waiting for you to acknowledge the source and cooperate in expanding heartfelt vibrations which intensifies good and magnetizes that back to you. You become a beacon shinning your ease and blessing all that you contact. For your matters are with the heart. Radiating, Inspiring and Forgiving. Forever hand in hand with that mystical heartbeat, tranquility emanates from you. Humble to the breath in your nose, connects you to thankfulness.

When I feel the connection of a moment shared I get a warm feeling inside. A feeling that wraps me up like a warm blanket, caressing a lovely hug around my being.
Sharing is in the ethers, it cant be touched but can be felt. Connecting with our feelings as one. what a peaceful thing. Both sharing and receiving with nothing but bonding going on. This is a universal rythum we all are in. Most of us dancing to his or her own beat. Some, however find the connection of our similarity and common union.

Nothing is as precious as sharing of the heart. Giving someone the full essence of your attention. Experiencing the other person with an attentive heart brings separation to a halt. Seek fine sharing like searching for the most glorious sunset or the tastiest wine. Multiplying intensity thru a connected heart.

The catylist is you

Beyond getting motivated to really change your patterns of life there is a significant moment when the light switch goes on and like light you can see clearly. At this moment there is a spark of true change, real feeling of accomplishing this goal. This is the catylist, the factor needed to move. The stronger this is, more likely you will succeed. The key is knowing that this force comes only from you. You are your best resource and recognizing that the catylist for your success is in you, should make us rethink how to see our mental patterns.

15 things to give up to move forward

1. Give up your need to always be right. There are so many of us who can’t stand the idea of being wrong – wanting to always be right – even at the risk of ending great relationships or causing a great deal of stress and pain, for us and for others. It’s just not worth it. Whenever you feel the ‘urgent’ need to jump into a fight over who is right and who is wrong, ask yourself this question: “Would I rather be right, or would I rather be kind?”Wayne Dyer. What difference will that make? Is your ego really that big?

2. Give up your need for control. Be willing to give up your need to always control everything that happens to you and around you – situations, events, people, etc. Whether they are loved ones, coworkers, or just strangers you meet on the street – just allow them to be. Allow everything and everyone to be just as they are and you will see how much better will that make you feel.

“By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But when you try and try. The world is beyond winning.” Lao Tzu

3. Give up on blame. Give up on your need to blame others for what you have or don’t have, for what you feel or don’t feel. Stop giving your powers away and start taking responsibility for your life.

4. Give up your self-defeating self-talk. Oh my. How many people are hurting themselves because of their negative, polluted and repetitive self-defeating mindset? Don’t believe everything that your mind is telling you – especially if it’s negative and self-defeating. You are better than that.

“The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive.” Eckhart Tolle

5. Give up your limiting beliefs about what you can or cannot do, about what is possible or impossible. From now on, you are no longer going to allow your limiting beliefs to keep you stuck in the wrong place. Spread your wings and fly!

“A belief is not an idea held by the mind, it is an idea that holds the mind” Elly Roselle

6. Give up complaining. Give up your constant need to complain about those many, many, maaany things – people, situations, events that make you unhappy, sad and depressed. Nobody can make you unhappy, no situation can make you sad or miserable unless you allow it to. It’s not the situation that triggers those feelings in you, but how you choose to look at it. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking.

7. Give up the luxury of criticism. Give up your need to criticize things, events or people that are different than you. We are all different, yet we are all the same. We all want to be happy, we all want to love and be loved and we all want to be understood. We all want something, and something is wished by us all.

8. Give up your need to impress others. Stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not just to make others like you. It doesn’t work this way. The moment you stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not, the moment you take of all your masks, the moment you accept and embrace the real you, you will find people will be drawn to you, effortlessly.

9. Give up your resistance to change. Change is good. Change will help you move from A to B. Change will help you make improvements in your life and also the lives of those around you. Follow your bliss, embrace change – don’t resist it.
“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls” Joseph Campbell

10. Give up labels. Stop labeling those things, people or events that you don’t understand as being weird or different and try opening your mind, little by little. Minds only work when open. “The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don’t know anything about.” Wayne Dyer

11. Give up on your fears. Fear is just an illusion, it doesn’t exist – you created it. It’s all in your mind. Correct the inside and the outside will fall into place.
“The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself.” Franklin D. Roosevelt

12. Give up your excuses. Send them packing and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need them. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck, lying to ourselves, using all kind of excuses – excuses that 99.9% of the time are not even real.

13. Give up the past. I know, I know. It’s hard. Especially when the past looks so much better than the present and the future looks so frightening, but you have to take into consideration the fact that the present moment is all you have and all you will ever have. The past you are now longing for – the past that you are now dreaming about – was ignored by you when it was present. Stop deluding yourself. Be present in everything you do and enjoy life. After all life is a journey not a destination. Have a clear vision for the future, prepare yourself, but always be present in the now.

14. Give up attachment. This is a concept that, for most of us is so hard to grasp and I have to tell you that it was for me too, (it still is) but it’s not something impossible. You get better and better at with time and practice. The moment you detach yourself from all things, (and that doesn’t mean you give up your love for them – because love and attachment have nothing to do with one another,  attachment comes from a place of fear, while love… well, real love is pure, kind, and self less, where there is love there can’t be fear, and because of that, attachment and love cannot coexist) you become so peaceful, so tolerant, so kind, and so serene. You will get to a place where you will be able to understand all things without even trying. A state beyond words.

15. Give up living your life to other people’s expectations. Way too many people are living a life that is not theirs to live. They live their lives according to what others think is best for them, they live their lives according to what their parents think is best for them, to what their friends, their enemies and their teachers, their government and the media think is best for them. They ignore their inner voice, that inner calling. They are so busy with pleasing everybody, with living up to other people’s expectations, that they lose control over their lives. They forget what makes them happy, what they want, what they need….and eventually they forget about themselves.  You have one life – this one right now – you must live it, own it, and especially don’t let other people’s opinions distract you from your path.

Fitness of the mind - Your inner personal coach

Why Fitness of the mind?

The mind is the driving force behind every thought, inspiration and fear that can either propel us into the direction in which we would like to go or drown us in self loathing in the opposite direction. The mind that is fit is always ready to obey your every command and will solve any problem with ease. Just like the body functions at its peak when it is at its most fit level, so does the mind. With training the mind becomes and flexible to not only survive, but to thrive. Everyone should enjoy life to its fullest, without difficulties. By transforming, adapting and becoming more determined in our minds, the results are limitless and possibilities are endless.

Determination is vital, why?

Deep in the core of our human makeup is our will to do. This may seem like a simple function that takes place within us all such as when we feel the urge to relieve ourselves. It is this will or determination that initiates the action from your mind. Simple as that. You wanted to go to the bathroom and you picked yourself up and went to the bathroom.
So why don't you have the same will or determination to work out or get that new job or save your relationship.  Old patterns of an unfit mind. The interesting thing is that your mind can never be too fit. The mind is your tool which you control for your perfect outcomes. The more your mind is in top fitness the better you are and the reality and results will prove it.
The thing that makes some people more determined than others are their minds. To me I like to break things down into the most simple terms. It's either 1 or 2, love or fear, yes or no. In the mind, at this instance, you can only feel 1 way. In another instance you may see things in a different perspective and associate a different feeling. This transformation can be instantaneous or could take a longer period of time. The point being that the mind is a flexible tool and we make it that way if we wish.
So your ready to be more determined? Start to take over your mind with these two simple techniques of the carrot and the stick.
The Carrot- (Reward) Something to strive after. This first important tool keeps the mind constantly moving forward towards the goal. Be it a great meal, an incredible body or a sunny vacation. This thought of the outcome needs to be permanently and entirely in your fit mind to keep the motivating focus present.
The Stick-(Punishment) Something to avoid. This second vital tool to assist your mind in accomplishing  more is the concept of the stick. Any thought that is limiting, painful or disgusting to tell your mind "I definitely don't want that to happen so I better....' The stick is key when the carrot isn't working. So if your not getting motivated by the carrot, you need more stick!
After some testing of these concepts you might come to the same conclusion that I have which is this. Your mind and your determination go hand in hand. Your determination is how fit your mind is working. This evaluation of determination is an evaluation of our core life force at this moment.

So, you think you are determined?!

I don't think quite yet. To be determined is to be without a question. ( You never think about going to the toilet, you just go.) same with being focused and centered on doing something you want to do. The goal is to being fully motivated in whatever it is that you want. If you are not, then somewhere in your mind you need to break free from the old patterns that are keeping your life force from being super motivated. I enjoy using little tricks like redefining the carrot and the stick to customize thought patterns to help keep the ind fit.

O.K. I'm determined and it feels great, will it last?

Our minds are like our bodies, they work best when they are fit. To maintain fitness of the mind it takes work, just like building strength. The mind needs a special kind of workout. A moment by moment analysis to see if your determination is where you want it to be. If it is, then you are in the groove and you are getting busy doing, not just analyzing or thinking. If your checking in finds that you are less than fully motivated, then it is time to start thinking about your personal carrot and stick more. If this isn't doing the job, then you need more stick and less carrot or more carrot and less stick. Generally if its not motivating you it's not right or not enough. Get brutal, and then you will get motivated. It has to come from you. You do want this and you don't want that. Now get busy!

Is it easy?

Most people accept the basic motto of the easiest path is the path of least resistance. This path is for people who are not determined to go and put the effort in to get the result they really want. Having a fit mind is like a rubberband when it is stretched and tight. Compared to a mind that is like a loose rubberband with no tension. Completely different picture. The tight rubberband has expended energy to become different and more useful. The loose one is limp with no energy being used and seems weak and not ready to do anything. Be like a tight rubberband all the time with your level of determination of your mind, and never feel unmotivated again.

"Lifestyle Change" Reinventing this concept

I mean how easy is it for people to grasp that let alone complete it. To change your entire ways of how you experience your life (which is the collective result of everything you have experienced, and the knowledge of those experiences.) Lifestyle Change is really just a change of thought patterns and maintaining them. This can be a simple as turning a light on. Its simple, has a great effect, and does not need much effort to be maintained. Or as heartfelt and emotionally serious as saying "I'm going to never get in an accident again", after just being in a car wreck. Today saying that we should change our lifestyle could go 1 of 2 ways. You either do it, or you don't.

Why do some people do it and other can't. Motivation for the better result is more powerful than the temptation for the excuse. We are talking about Personal Power, within ourselves, which dictate to us what to do, why to do it, when to do it, and how to do it without a question. Instantaneously those all get answered like a plane on auto-pilot.

The goal, this permanent change in the way you live, is at Your discretion at every moment of every day. Like the flicking of a lightbulb switch to get your result of light. You tell yourself how it is going to be to get that result. If you lose track for a moment, just switch the light back on. Your powerful side of you must switch you mind over to what you want.

Don't feel powerful enough to make your mind up for the right choice. Keep trying. I like to think that if your not getting the results you want and motivation is the issue you either need a bigger carrot or a bigger stick. Most need the bigger stick, like "this will kill you if you don't...", or something else serious that makes it of the utmost importance like "I'm going to lose my house if I don't....". Keep the carrot and the stick metaphor in your head constantly to get those results, it works. Got to get that carrot, and I definitely don't want to feel that stick hitting me. Most situations can can be dramatically improved by setting your mind up with these powerful tools to inspire the correct direction.
Try it seriously for yourself and see. If you don't succeed get your mind wrapped around thoughts that motivate.

My mood

My mood is my most important resource, I won't give anyone or anything power over my mood.
My mood is my center, my core, my everything and I am in control of me.
My mood keeps me limitless because it only bows to me.

My offer to you

I would like to offer one thing to you....the one most important thing I would like to give is, you. I will give you yourself, back the way it should be. I will give you back the you that is determined and motivated. By creating a clarity of consciousness and changing internal dialogues to get you results.
