The concept of "Knowing what to do"

Inside our minds, hidden sometimes from a constant cloud of repetitive patterns, is the clear picture of knowing what to do. This knowledge is not just a wish or a desire, it is the foundation of motivation. If the foundation is weak it will not stand up over time. So the goal is a strong and unmovable commitment to the knowing that what you are going to do is super solid, there is no other option creeping in your minds (doubt, fear, questions, excuses, stories....).

Why is knowing what to do so important?

If you were in tune with this internal knowing of what to do, every step along the way becomes almost effortless. Your awareness has already committed to the action; therefore, the act needs no more thought, so then you can constantly keep in tune with the next thing that needs to be done and so forth.
Knowing what to do should be instant, from your heart and quite natural. As you begin to witness your perception and push your mind to sharpen it's own tool to give you every answer you need instantly without the questioning mind trying to interfere. Allow the heart instinct to guide like a pulled rubberband ready to release precise energy always. The opposite would be the relaxed rubberband which is weak and requires energy to make it effective. The relaxed rubberband mind is a thought process that is soft and plyable, not ready to act. A tight rubberband mind is firm and ready to act in an instant, powerful with the target in it's sights.

The knowledge of what to do is the mental prep work of the action. By mentally being prepared for the action, you are ensured that the task is mindless and simply easy. Knowing what to do eliminates questions allowing for a fully mindful action and proper internalizing of what to do next until it's a built in awareness where questions cease and a natural flow exists without much effort or many mistakes.

Knowing what to do is confidence. And confidence can not be bought. It needs to be brought forward by yourself.

Determined or Unmotivated, Where are You?

Determination is how bad you want something. If you don't want it bad enough, you'll never get it.

Loved or Tolerated

Which would you rather be? That's easy, because deep down we all just want to be loved. In fact I just want to be loved all day by everyone. How can I make this happen? By doing things that get you loved and switch up the things that make you only tolerated. If it is schoolwork and getting an "A" is the goal, then you would do everything to get that...i.e. study, be prepared for class with a good attitude, all of it. This is the same effort that needs to be engaged to be loved. You think of others sincerely, you're compassionate, forgiving, and tolerant. You always radiate a sense of compassion and empathy with who ever you are speaking with. These are the actions that get you the "A", or rather, magnatize a loving vibration around you (which in turn brings the love to you).

Determined not to take life too seriously

Internal Personal Trainer

Motivation is an internal response to what I call the Internal Personal Trainer. This is the voice inside that tells you to get up and get going or else.

The voice that tells you to go to the bathroom can be the full on personal motivator to take you to the next level, to be committed right then. To accept the voice of the personal trainer is to know that, whatever it is, that it is going to happen without a doubt.

Your own personal trainer, in your mind, knows exactly what you need to do. The only thing you have to do is hear the voice screaming at you to motivate your deepest core that already knows to go ahead and do these things.
